Christmas outfit sorted? Don’t start relaxing just yet! New Year’s Eve is another one of those occasions that just needs that extra bit of glitter and glamour to make sure that we start the new year looking our finest.
Whether you are going out or staying in, you need to maximise glamour or comfort to set the tone for the next twelve months to come. Personally I have spent most of my New Year’s Eves in my lounge wear, eating all the food and watching whatever is on TV. Last year, my mum and I went to a little party that finished at 10pm (IKR?!) so we could all be home and celebrate the New Year on time.
I know a lot of people tend to celebrate at proper parties, this is definitely something on my bucket list as well. London is known for its vibrant nightlife so I am sure NYE will be even bigger and better. Perhaps throwing your own house party would be a fun way to start the new year too, gather friends and friends of friends to dance the night away together. If you are attending an official fireworks show I would advise to wrap up well, as I can image it will be freezing in the early hours of the day!
These are some of my favourite picks to wear this NYE:
Whatever it is you’ve got planned, stay safe when fireworks are nearby!
Lots of love,
