Don’t get me wrong, I am probably not the most confident person out there (at all). However, the other day I read an interesting article about different types of confidence, one of which was the introvert confident person. I could definitely relate to this as I am quite an introvert and although people usually assume that introvert people are shy, this is not always the case.
You can be quietly confident and there is nothing wrong with that, just like there is nothing wrong with showing the world how confident you are. Even if you are not confident at all, there is always the option to ‘fake it till you make it’. Personally I am not a big fan of this saying, except when used in this context. It is true that you start to believe yourself after a while, so in this case, convince yourself that you are confident and the confidence will come!
But why does it matter? The answer is simple. If you don’t believe in yourself, why should others? This applies to basically everything in life, education, work, friendship and love. With confidence comes determination, and with determination you will achieve your goals.
Lots of Love,
