Normally I would refrain from mentioning politics on this blog, however this is an occasion that I simply have to share with you. Last Saturday, I protested for the very first time in my life. I decided to join my friends and participate in the #WomensMarch in London. I could write you a whole essay explaining how important it is that we stand up for what we believe in, how it was so immensely powerful to see the amount of people that decided to stand up for what they believe in and how it made me so sad that even today, we still have to stand up for the same things that our ancestors have fought so hard to achieve, but I won't.
I took some photos during the march, trying to capture the peaceful yet powerful atmosphere. It warms my heart to see that so many different people united and I hope that we will continue to do so until the day we have achieved all that is necessary to live an equal and humane life. See you at the next march.
Lots of Love,
