Recipe - Quinoa and vegetables


A while ago I made quinoa for the first time,
 I thought it would be fun to share my experience with you!
For those of you who don't know what quinoa is, have a look here.
This recipe is actually very easy and (surprisingly) super delicious!




The ingredients: 
  •  Broccoli
  • Legumes
  • Quinoa
  • Water 
  • 1 union
  • 2 gloves of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Chili powder (and Italian herbs)
  • Pepper and salt







Directions:
First of all, cut the onion and the garlic gloves as tiny as possible.
Then sauté them in a cooking pan, add the herbs as soon as the union and garlic are done.
Add the quinoa, make sure to add enough water.
Cover the cooking pan with the lid, until almost all the water has dissapeared.
When there's not much water left, you can add the vegetables.
Cook for about ten minutes and that's it!
